By booking with Picture Perfect Moments, clients agree to the following policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all sessions and events.
• Remaining balances must be paid before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Sessions canceled within 3 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• One reschedule may be allowed with adequate notice and subject to availability.
• Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not provided once services have been completed or digital images have been delivered.
• If physical products arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement review.
• In the unlikely event Picture Perfect Moments must cancel, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
